Volunteering Roster
Volunteers are required for the weekly meets.
EJ Swim Club is run entirely by parent volunteers and relies on the support and participation of all parents. All families are required to assist so that every family gets the chance to watch their children swim.
Volunteer roles include, marshals, timekeepers and general set up/pack down. All roles are simple and require no specialist skills. Each week two or three families are assigned to assist with the canteen and BBQ. A roster for the canteen and BBQ will be circulated at the start of the season and published to TeamApp. You are required to find a replacement if you cannot complete your shift. It is a requirement of swim club membership that every swim club family volunteers on the roster. If you are unable to do this, please contact our club president to make an alternative arrangement for your contribution to the club. Please have an enjoyable season. Wet Weather Updates are issued via Team App on the morning of Club meets.
